SHARING & PRESENTING

Share a snapshot, collaborate or present live

Viewing, editing and presenting are different permissions and experiences. Choose the workflow that matches what you want another person to do.

Written in English. Your workspace language preference stays unchanged.

Publish a deliberate viewing version

Use Share in the editor to create a published snapshot and copy its viewing link. Review the snapshot before sending it. Editing the source project and publishing a version are separate actions: publish an updated snapshot when you want the link to show your new work.

Treat a published viewing link as something its recipients can pass on. Keep confidential details out of a public snapshot, and revoke a publication when you no longer want it available. Free-plan published work includes Tessuvi branding according to the current plan rules.

Invite someone when they need to edit

Use the collaborator invitation workflow for someone who needs to work on the project with you. A viewing link is not an editing invitation. Check which project you are sharing and who should have access before copying or sending an invitation.

When people edit together, monitor connection and save notices. If the editor reports a conflicting change, preserve your local work and choose a recovery option deliberately; do not repeatedly overwrite the other version.

Choose a presentation view

  1. Focus on the audience view

Use the presentation view for the page sequence and fullscreen when the browser permits it. Test Escape and navigation before the session begins.

  2. Prepare your delivery

Use the speaker or rehearsal options when you need notes and timing. An audience view lets you separate what the audience sees from your controls.

  3. Set the pace

Use autoplay only when the content is designed to advance without explanation. Check its interval and looping behaviour before leaving it running.

Record a walkthrough after testing permissions

The recording workflow can combine the slides with your microphone and camera. Grant the browser permissions you intend to use, make a short test and play it back before recording a full explanation.

Embedded video playback is not captured by the slide recorder. Use an appropriate screen-recording workflow when that playback must be part of the recording. Camera, microphone, codec and download behaviour depend on the browser and device.
