EXPORT & HAND-OFF

Export a clean PDF, PowerPoint or image

Export is part of the design process. Choose a file format for the recipient, then inspect the actual file instead of assuming that an editor preview is the final result.

Written in English. Your workspace language preference stays unchanged.

PDF / PrintA stable reading or presentation copy.Page size, margins, text and image crops in the saved PDF.
PowerPointA deck someone needs to open or continue editing.Font availability, chart representation and layout in their presentation app.
Current page · PNGA social card or page image.Dimensions, readability and the correct page.
Current page · 4K PNGA higher-resolution image of the page.Whether the source images contain enough detail.
Project dataA reusable project copy or backup.Keep the file private when it includes sensitive content.

Save the PDF the browser prepares

Choose PDF / Print to open the print workflow, then choose a PDF destination in the browser or operating-system dialog. Review the preview, page selection and print settings before saving. Native dialog wording varies by browser and operating system.

Open the saved PDF and check the first, last and densest pages. A CV or report should preserve readable text, intact tables and the intended page proportions. Check selectable text when it matters to the recipient's workflow.

Know what stays editable in PowerPoint

Text, supported shapes, charts and tables can be exported as native presentation objects. Some specialist visual elements use an SVG representation to preserve their appearance; that is different from a native editable chart or shape in PowerPoint.

The font installed on the receiving computer can affect text wrapping. Inspect headings, tables and any custom-font work in the app that will be used to present. Embedded video exports as a link rather than guaranteeing embedded playback in every application.

Check image fitting and text density

  • Cover fills a frame by cropping; Contain keeps the full source visible. Neither should distort the image's aspect ratio.
  • A higher-resolution export cannot restore detail absent from the original source.
  • Resolve layout or table-fit warnings before exporting. Split a dense table when it cannot remain readable.
  • Check social cards at phone size and presentations at a realistic viewing distance.
  • Export the final version again after correcting the project; editing the source does not update files already downloaded.

If an export does not look right

Confirm that all images have loaded and that you are exporting the intended page or project version. Compare the problematic area with the editor, paying attention to the selected font, crop mode, rotation and very small text.

Keep the editable original and report the specific page, format and visible difference through Support. A clear example helps distinguish a browser download problem from a document-layout problem.
