GETTING STARTED

From your first brief to an editable project

Start with an idea, a source document or a template. The key checkpoint is the creative plan: review the proposed work before asking the agent to build it.

Written in English. Your workspace language preference stays unchanged.

1. Choose a useful starting point

Create an account, verify your email and open the workspace. Choose Presentation, Document, CV or Social story according to the output you need. You can also browse templates, preview an example, and create your own project from it.

A preview is a way to inspect a design. Your project is the editable copy saved in your workspace. Use a descriptive project title so that it is easy to find later.

2. Give the AI enough context

  • Purpose: what should the reader understand or do?
  • Audience: who will use this, and what do they already know?
  • Content: which facts, names, numbers and sources must be preserved?
  • Format: presentation, document, CV or social canvas; include the length you need.
  • Direction: a few useful style references, brand colours and things to avoid.

3. Review the plan before building

Choose Create a plan and read the proposed narrative, design direction and image work. Check that the document type and language match your intention. If images are requested, review the selected quality and quoted image-credit cost before approval.

Refine the brief when the plan misses the point. Approval is the moment to confirm the direction, not a substitute for checking the generated content afterwards.

4. Review, refine and save

After building, review the full page sequence. Replace placeholders, check claims against your sources and inspect the visual layout at a useful zoom. Make direct edits or request a focused AI revision to a selected page.

Watch the save status before closing the editor. If a conflict or recovery notice appears, read it before choosing which version to keep. Export a copy when you need an independent backup; a downloaded file does not replace the saved workspace project.

  • Use Undo and Redo for recent edits.
  • Use a focused editing scope when only one page needs work.
  • Review the change summary and any layout warnings.
  • Present, publish or export after the final content check.
