1. Who we are
Tessuvi is operated by Tessuvi Innovations, established in the United Kingdom. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Tessuvi Innovations. “You” means the person using the service or the organisation they are authorised to represent. Contact legal@tessuvi.app for contractual, privacy or legal enquiries. Use the support section in your account for product assistance.
These terms apply to the Tessuvi website, workspace, AI tools, templates, sharing and support features. Creating an account requires acceptance of these terms and acknowledgement of our Privacy Policy. Review the purchase information and total price shown at checkout before entering a paid contract.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 and capable of entering a binding agreement to create an account. If you use Tessuvi for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so. Provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials private and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not share one account between unrelated people or impersonate another person.
Email verification is required for certain features, including AI creation, accepting project invitations and billing. You are responsible for your use and for people you invite, within your control. We may impose reasonable usage, storage and security limits to protect the service.
3. Creative tools and AI
Tessuvi lets you create editable presentations, documents, social content and CVs. Some features send the content you select, your brief, relevant project context and reference material to AI service providers to perform your request. The agent prepares a plan for approval; approving starts generation. A proposal replaces your saved design only when you apply it.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, non-unique or inappropriate. Review factual statements, statistics, names, qualifications, image details, accessibility, rights and formatting before using or publishing them. Do not rely on outputs as professional legal, medical, financial or employment advice. We do not guarantee that generated material is original, legally protectable, free of third-party rights or suitable for a particular purpose.
Image generation and editing can change text, faces, objects and visual details. A high-resolution request does not guarantee exact fidelity. Generated images with baked-in text are not equivalent to fully editable text layers. You remain responsible for deciding whether an output meets your needs.
4. Your content and our materials
As between you and Tessuvi, you retain your rights in content you upload or create. To operate the service, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process, transform, display and transmit that content for your requested features, security, troubleshooting and sharing choices. This licence lasts only as reasonably necessary for those purposes and our documented retention obligations. It does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for uploaded documents, images, likenesses, logos, fonts and other materials. Do not upload confidential or personal information unless you are entitled to do so. Third-party materials and AI outputs may carry separate rights or restrictions.
Tessuvi’s software, branding, interface and collection materials remain protected by their applicable intellectual property rights. You may use the templates and included artwork within projects created and exported through Tessuvi, including commercial projects, subject to any specific licence notice. You may not resell the template or artwork library as a standalone competing asset collection or imply our endorsement.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Tessuvi for unlawful activity, fraud, malware, abuse, harassment, child sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, deceptive impersonation, or infringement of privacy or intellectual property. Do not upload secrets such as API keys or passwords into prompts or support tickets.
Do not bypass access controls, evade quotas, create accounts to abuse free allowances, scrape private data, interfere with other users or attempt to extract credentials or hidden system information. Legitimate security research should be reported privately to legal@tessuvi.app without exposing user data or disrupting the service.
7. Plans, credits and payments
Free features and allowances are described on the Pricing page and in your account. AI plan allowances reset each calendar month in UTC; unused plans do not roll over. A successfully prepared plan uses an allowance, including when you later reject it or the approved build fails. A planning failure returns the allowance. Manual editing does not consume AI plans.
Pro costs $29 USD per month and includes 25 image credits on the initial paid invoice and each paid renewal. An additional pack of 25 image credits costs $10 USD as a one-time purchase. Each generated or regenerated image uses 1 credit at Standard quality, 2 at Enhanced or 5 at Ultra 4K. The selected quality and maximum image cost are shown for approval before generation. Credits are service units, not money, transferable currency or an investment. They carry forward while your account is open under the current offer. A failed generation with no usable saved image returns the reserved credits.
The checkout shows the total payable, currency and billing interval before you confirm payment. No paid subscription arises merely by viewing the pricing page. Recurring plans renew until cancelled; cancellation stops the next renewal and ordinarily leaves paid access until the end of the paid period, subject to statutory rights. Manage or cancel your subscription from your account through the billing portal. Contact legal@tessuvi.app if you need help exercising a cancellation or refund right.
We will not automatically buy image-credit top-ups on your behalf. We will give reasonable advance notice of material price or allowance changes affecting an active paid subscription and an opportunity to cancel before a higher renewal price applies.
8. Cancellation and consumer rights
UK consumers may have a 14-day cancellation right for distance contracts. The rules depend on whether a purchase supplies services or digital content and when performance begins. Any request to start immediately, and any legally required express consent or acknowledgement concerning cancellation rights, will be collected at checkout where applicable. Accepting these general terms alone does not waive those rights.
If you cancel a service that you expressly asked us to start during the cancellation period, a proportionate charge may be due where the law permits. If digital content is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied, statutory remedies may apply. Contact legal@tessuvi.app to exercise a cancellation right or request a refund; include enough information to identify the purchase. Nothing here restricts remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Availability and changes
We take reasonable care in providing Tessuvi, but availability can be affected by maintenance, connectivity and third-party providers. We do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular creative result. Export important work and keep your own copies. We may improve or retire features, but will take reasonable steps to communicate material changes affecting paid users and honour applicable consumer rights.
We may temporarily limit or suspend access to address security, misuse, legal obligations or overdue payments, proportionately to the circumstances. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and provide a route to resolve it. Urgent security or legal situations may require action without advance notice.
10. Responsibility and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your statutory consumer rights remain intact.
For consumers, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss caused by your misuse, unauthorised sharing, failure to review outputs, or circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where the law requires otherwise.
If you use Tessuvi wholly for business purposes, and to the extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect or consequential loss and loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity or goodwill. Our aggregate liability relating to the service is limited to the greater of £100 and the fees you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to the non-excludable liabilities stated above.
11. Ending your use
You can stop using Tessuvi at any time and request account deletion through legal@tessuvi.app. Export the work you want to keep first. Cancelling a subscription and deleting an account are separate actions. We will explain any applicable consequences for stored projects, collaboration and unused credits when processing a deletion request, without limiting statutory refund rights.
We retain information only as described in the Privacy Policy, including records needed for legal obligations, fraud prevention or disputes. Content copied by collaborators or recipients may remain outside our control.
12. Complaints, law and updates
Please contact legal@tessuvi.app first so we can try to resolve a complaint. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to mandatory protections applicable to consumers in their country of residence. Consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts where the law allows. No term requires a consumer to give up access to a court or another mandatory remedy.
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or law. The effective date appears above. Material changes affecting an existing agreement will be communicated reasonably in advance where required; changes will not retrospectively remove accrued rights. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. You and Tessuvi are the parties to this agreement; no unrelated third party gains enforcement rights under it.
